Note: Most Custom WordPress Websites make use of various third-party applications to enhance the basic functionality of WordPress (contact forms, shopping carts, SEO optimization, etc.) Because these Plugins are third-party software applications developed by independent software developers, WordPress Plugin upgrades must be attended to separately from routine WordPress maintenance upgrades to ensure their proper functionality and compatibility. Upgrading of any third-party WordPress Plugins will be covered by your included Premium WordPress Support (up-to two hours per month) and subject to normal hourly billing thereafter.
